• Attentive, proactive, and experienced wedding coordinators
• (1) On-site coordination planning meeting, scheduled for 4-6 months prior
• Follow-up phone call to finalize wedding details 30 days prior to your event date
• Additional phone calls, walk-throughs, etc, available for scheduling upon request
• Unlimited email access to the entire coordination team
• Wedding weekend rehearsal, day-of event set-up and management, and end-of-the-night clean upof your personal decorations
