Your Inclusive Wedding Package will include:
Use of Lot 8
Private wedding venue with only one wedding per day. Wedding Package includes use of the venue for up 1 hour for ceremony and 5 hours for reception. Complimentary guest parking included.
60 inch Round guest tables are included in your wedding package and will seat 8-10 guests per table. *Up to 15 round guest tables included onsite, additional tables can be rented in upon request.
Ceremony & Reception Chairs
Natural Wood Folding Chairs included for Ceremony & Reception for up to 150 guests. Chairs will begin at ceremony and be transferred to reception.
White or Ivory Floor Length Polyester Linen included for Round Guest Tables.
Color Linen Napkins
Your choice of select Polyester Color Linen Napkins.
Decorative Plate Chargers
Gold or Silver Plate Chargers to enhance your Guest Table Settings.

Month Of Wedding Coordination
Attentive & proactive wedding coordinating service with unlimited email & phone communication from the date you reserve your wedding package, all the way up until the wedding day. Month of wedding coordination to include an onsite coordination meeting to organize the details of your wedding day timeline, decor set up, vendor coordination and much more. You will be supported each step of the way with the assistance you need for a stress-free wedding planning experience. All of this will lead up to the included Ceremony Rehearsal & Day Of Wedding Coordination which is when all of the planning we’ve done together truly pays off in the most magical way!
Full Service Wedding Catering through Eco Caters
Your custom menu will include 2 beautiful Stationed Hors D’oeuvres to be served throughout Cocktail Hour, Dinner service will include Two Main Dishes served buffet style and beautifully paired with 2 Side Dishes and an organic, locally sourced Salad. Eco-Friendly Disposable Dinnerware included for the buffet. Glass Water Goblets & Champagne Flutes set on Guest Tables.
*Additional upgrade cost may apply for specialty menu options. Base pricing includes Buffet Dinner Service. Plated Dinner, Stations or Family Style Dinner Service is available at a simple per guest upgrade cost.
Organic Drink Station
Organic Lemonade, Iced Tea & Filtered Water will be stationed for self-serve beverage options during cocktail hour and Filtered Water will be served throughout the entire event.
Fresh Hot Coffee stationed with disposable coffee cups, sugar & cream.

Up to 6 hours of included wedding day photo coverage with a talented and professional wedding photographer. Your wedding day photos will be custom-edited with expertise and care and you will receive your digital album with full usage rights to print. Photography upgrades are available in the form of extra hours with your main wedding photographer, adding a second wedding photographer, adding an engagement shoot or custom printing. Pre-Wedding Photography Consultation included at no additional fee. This is where you will explore your preferred photography style and discuss your photography goals for the wedding day!
Professional Wedding DJ service included for up to 1 hour of Ceremony & up to 5 hours of Reception. Your included Wedding DJ will play your chosen music and make all of the important announcements on your wedding day. Professional equipment included for both ceremony & reception. Pre-Wedding DJ Consultation included at no additional fee.
